If you are in the area or even surrounding areas it’s definitely worth the drive. The owners of the Hermiston location have been nothing but helpful and will always work something out with their customers keeping them happy and if you have to wait while they work on your jewelry it’s worth the wait. I’m so pleased with their customer service. They TAKE CARE OF THEIR PEOPLE ALWAYS. Go support the small business and you won’t regret it one bit. Thank you for always taking care of me when I come in.
Was amazing to work with! Knew me after the first time I walked in and handled everything with professionalism and care. Even though my engagement ring wasn’t from them, they sized it, got me picked up with a wedding band, got my husband a wedding ring and engraved it on the inside. I couldn’t have went to a better place. Happy with all of the Customer Service and care.
, FYI, PSA… DO NOT go to the Diamond Studio in Hermiston if you value your jewelry.. I took three rings to them, two of them that needed to be soldered together, one of them, The prongs needed fixed because the stone was loose…. They cracked my stone., both of my rings that they soldered together still have the crack lines where they were broken at,, the jeweler tries to tell me that that makes it stronger and it’s in his best recommendation to keep it that way. I stopped by to see if they could repair a gold leaf butterfly necklace for my wedding this summer and all they did was put a slag of metal on the back. When I brought it in, service was friendly and confident assured me that it would be done the next day. It wasn’t, that was okay, I wasn’t in a rush. We called to check though and they moved it to the front of repairs. If this was a hurried service, it makes sense. If this was genuine service, I would be really concerned. Went into the Diamond Studio to get my wife’s wedding ring fixed. They took great care of our needs. When I picked up the ring, it looked beautiful.
