If I was able to give this business zero stars I sure would. Left 2018 Nissan maximum here for a oil change the guy Hugo gives me a transmission flush I showed him the text where I requested a oil change he refused to release my car until I paid him for a transmission flush I felt cheated and used I will never come here again
They were very responsive and was able to get my car looked at and fixed very quickly. I will definitely be taking my cars there every time! Thank you Ochoa’s!!
So I visited the shop recently to have a half done brake job finished. However, I received the news that it was highly unsafe. The way that my car was left and the owner was concerned so he fixed everything. My car was ready in a few hours while I was at work. Very affordable and I appreciate the concern he showed. I will definitely be back.
