Refuse to have medical records released to his office. Didn’t care to look over Medical disk which I had on hand.He need to study patients condition before diagnosis. Like to vent & assume. Without studying patients file. So patient to see correct specialist/ surgeon. He’s careless don’t know how to fill out form for MRI put the wrong body part for MRI request for surgeon. All items in office out dated from 1970 smh. Office need to be remodeled everything out dated.
Facility is super shady, there are no basic supplies in office such as tongue depressors or hand sanitizer, the equipment they do have looks like it was acquired from garage sales. New patient forms did not include information release from previous physician. The doctor you are promised is not necessarily the doctor you will get, even with appointment. Staff speaks as if you have no money and are wasting their time. Doctor had to be told 7 times about new pacemaker and still ended up disturbing
