Ochoa Roofing put cellulose insulation into our attic as part of a roofing project in May 2017, and did so without informing us of the potential dust problem if the work was not done by experienced professionals. They did not seal electric, lighting, plumbing and other penetrations in the ceiling. They did not put an attic tent. Now, we have air leaks in the attic and the cellulose dust is polluting our home. We had Joe Ochoa replace our roof in 2014. They told me that we would find a couple of nails around the house. I collected about 30 nails all around the house; in the gutter, stuck in the gutter, and around the yard. In the beginning of January of this year, we noticed a leak in our bedroom ceiling.
