I recently moved to the area and was very worried when I read the reviews. However, I cannot fault them. From reception through GP's. Everyone has been so friendly and very helpful every time I've had any contact. Fantastic team
I decided to check the reviews on a whim after I was seen today. I'm quite surprised to see negative reviews of this practice actually. Reception and admin staff have always been friendly and helpful with me. Doctors and nurses equally so! My monthly prescriptions are always done in a timely manner (despite them must having a mountain of them to sign each day). In appointments I have always been listened too and had my needs met. Terrible practice. Rude staff, no-one knows what they are doing and they don't seem to care at all about patients.
