Front desk staff are rude, disorganized and unprofessional. After leaving me a voicemail to confirm my appointment at 10:45, I called them back and they told me to come in at 11. I corrected them and said my appointment was at 10:45am. The person, Debbie, said it was at 11. I confirmed and thought they shifted me down to accomodate a last minute procedure. I drive an hour to get to the office at 11 only for them to tell me it was at 10:45 and that I would need to reschedule while insisting I had the times wrong.
I recently had a crown procedure done, and it was a great experience. Dr. Ochave was highly professional, patient, and easy to talk to. He explained everything clearly without making it complicated, which I really appreciated. Grace, the assistant, was very friendly and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Leonor, who completed the impression for the crown, was also great. You can tell they work well together as a team.
