Front desk is rude. I’m active duty military in the Coast Guard and I can’t go to a base right now. I have been instructed to go out into the civilian industry. (Not my choice) i was also recommended by another civilian practice to go here since my location does not see military members anymore. I called this place this morning of my appointment since it was at 0900, but my GPS was putting me at 0915 instead because of tunnel traffic. I have been going to Ochave Dental for years now and I have been nothing but charmed by the staff here. Both the front desk and the clinicians treat me like family! There is no other dental office that I would want to go to. I refer everybody here! The front desk is always so helpful. 5 stars!

I'm a person who suffers from dental anxiety and from the moment I worked with Dr.B she has always made me feel comfortable. She's very understanding and checks on me while she is working on my teeth. The front staff and dental hygienist is also very welcoming.

I have been going to this dentist for 6 years. Over the last couple years, the main dentist's professional communication and approachableness have unfortunately decreased. He did not say hello to me and was rough when assessing my teeth. My dental hygienist was the positive part. I have had him twice and he has great communication and bedside manner. Going to the dentist can be stressful for many people; I think it's important that the dentist show some sensitivity towards patients.

Front desk staff are rude, disorganized and unprofessional. After leaving me a voicemail to confirm my appointment at 10:45, I called them back and they told me to come in at 11. I corrected them and said my appointment was at 10:45am. The person, Debbie, said it was at 11. I confirmed and thought they shifted me down to accomodate a last minute procedure. I drive an hour to get to the office at 11 only for them to tell me it was at 10:45 and that I would need to reschedule while insisting I had the times wrong.
