My dad experienced terrible care here. They are so understaffed. They couldn't get my dad from bed to wheelchair! Not enough staff. Left his food at the beside until my mom returned. They knew he couldn't feed himself! Terrible terrible terrible

My name is Shikita Sangster and this morning I had an outpatient procedure done at OCH. I really have to say all of the staff who took care of me were awesome. Everyone was very kind concerned and very attentive. I really appreciate all of you.

My brother was discharged and went into cardiac arrest shortly after and being told your love one could not be cleaned etc due to change in shift is violating. Och needs to be replaced under near management or closed down. The lack of compassion and humility is distasteful to say the least

The experience we have had with Baptist Memorial has been absolutely wonderful. It is a 180 turn around from OCH. Both ER and hospital staff, nurses and doctors were caring, knowledgeable and helpful. Hospital is clean, rooms are nice. ER response was quick with two life threatening emergencies in my family. Thank you to everyone at Baptist Memorial Starkville.
