I went to the ER today and had a very good experience there, everyone was very friendly and got their job done very fast and efficient, this is a total 360! From the way it was and I figured if I left bad reviews when it was bad that I would leave a great review because they deserve it 👏🏻👏🏻 keep up the good work 👏🏻👏🏻

The experience I had at OCH last night was Top Tier. The dr and nurse that assisted me was very thorough and communicated with me very well. Got straight to the point and took great care of me. I cannot think of the overnight doctor's name but he was assisted by Shymia (SHE'S AWESOME).. When and if I do find out or remember his name, I'm definitely going to update this, because he deserves to be recognized by name! Thank y'all so much for taking care of me and handling my issue. ❤️❤️

Can’t leave a 0 so I’ll leave a 1. Worst ER visit. We were in there for 5 hours on a Sunday night for our toddler. It was like no one cared that we were there.

I would not recommend this hospital under any circumstances. I went in for flu symptoms and asthma complications and ended up being placed on a ventilator. In my opinion, given the level of care required, I should have been transferred to a higher-level facility before that decision was made, as this hospital was not equipped to manage my condition at that level. During my stay, a urinary catheter was improperly placed. This was not discovered until after I was transferred to another hospital. The catheter was blocked, and i... read more
