To corporate use to be family now the dr doesn't even listen to you . He just says it cause you are older and fat . Got a blood vain blockage that a different dr found
Called to check on my dad’s prescription and the status of his PA. Mary Ann proceeded to inform me of how hard her job is and that I’ve never done a PA. Then hung up on me. I would recommend using Dr. Kavorkian before going to this clinic. Horrible service!
Overall the Staff is amazing! Dr Sweeten always takes the time to find out what is going on with my health issues. Today, I went in for my appointment and had to have blood drawn. Rebecca was the young lady that drew the blood and, in all my life, I have never had anyone draw my blood so gently. I didn’t feel anything but the band she tied on my forearm! Great job Rebecca!!!!
I started seeing Dr. Sweeten at OCH about 2 years ago. He and his nurse practitioners Lindsey, and Julia (at the Carthage clinic now I believe) and Bonnie and Lacy have all been great.
We LOVE OCH!! This clinic is full of kind, caring, individuals who work so hard for their patients! My husband, son, and myself all see NP Lacy Harrington! And we love her!!! On top of that my father, and Mother in law as well! Labs on site. They respond quickly and efficiently!
