I love Corrine but today must be noted because no one has been able to draw my blood for labs in almost 4 years- Nakedra took her time, checked me out, and was able to draw blood in ONE stick. I’ve been sent home several times with multiple sticks, blown veins and bruising but Nakedra was amazing. She might be my favorite person!
It was unfortunate that neither the doctor nor the staff seemed to care about the patient . They seemed to be bothered by the fact that the patient dared come in and ask for help. Will not be going back.
Dr. Terrill is a great Dr. Very kind and does all she can to solve what ever problem you may have. Nurse Carrie is as professional as Dr. Terrill. And at time a little better.
Omg! I do not even know where to start with this place! The most terrible facility in Starkville! I’ve NEVER seen such POOR customer service! I honestly looked at the previous reviews about this place and all of them was negative but I decided to still go this place for service.. WORSE mistake ever! First of all, I didn’t know it took 6 young ladies to check in one patient. Keep in mind, they also was having a great and LOUD conversation they barely noticed me!
