While the staff at the Carthage location is great, the billing department is possibly doing fraud. The billing department creates a new account everytime I'm seen and bills me at a new patient rate everytime.
At OCH Mt Vernon, You are a name & not a number. Patient care is top priority & it shows with every visit.
My new Dr. Sef. OCH is just great for me. Everyone is friendly , love my nurse , And the Dr. listens and explains everything very clear.
