The other reviews here bother me and I feel compelled to leave a review of my own to set the record straight. For those who do not know, The OCH Foundation is a charitable organization and is not responsible for the physical portion of the OCH portfolio. The people here are simply working to promote better futures for those living in community housing. Anyone upset with their experience with the business side of Ottawa Community Housing should vent their frustrations elsewhere.
Ottawa Community Housing at the 731 chapel street office with the help of the landlord committed hate crimes on me and my family for all the few years I stayed in their building at 300 goulburn crescent. They invaded our privacy continuously, also they had allowed strangers entering our apartment continuously while we are not present in the apartment. Their previous manager at the goulburn crescent apartment Cathy, allowed all kind of violations to our rights.
Be carefull working here as a contractor. They will give you work for a full year,then threaten you with wsib claims and send threatening messages to your cellphone at 10pm at night. Very good way to treat your painters.
