Fast friendly service
Left me waiting for an hour an a half on the side of the road. Would not answer my calls. After that time I get a call back saying that the driver is on his way and that he took that long because some compressor did not have gas. They said that the service was $75 plus the price of the tire. They ended up charging me $200 without a valid explanation, and after all that time waiting. This company list hours of operation they answer the phone make arrangements to come out and after waiting 3 hours they don't answer the phone and voice mail is full .I would not recommend this business .when a trooper came by after noticing me on the side of the road offered to help I advised him that I called oceguera for service he laughed and said better call someone else .
If I could give them 0 stars I would, I called in and got a quote for road side assistance & never heard back from them. I called back a buncha times to only voice mails and after awhile they just turned their phone off so it would go straight to voicemail. 24Hr roadside assistance my ass!!
