Have lived in the neighborhood for 5+ years, at the beginning it was just perfect. Managers were great, always got back to me asap, even worked with me as a single mom when I had a late payment. My household went from a family of five to a family of one October 2024. I have been charged 7500 gallons for water and sewer ever since last year. The water is just charged at 7,500 gallons each month and this is a gross overpayment on my water and sewer bill. I have tried to call the office multiple times with no results.
