Replaces kept up and cleaned.Nice , very nice
Moved out of Oceanway Village (YES Communities) and glad as hell we did. Clogged tub and toilets the whole time. Reported it, husband cleaned what he could, plumber still had to work on the building drain. Management charged us $225 calling it “resident damage” Straight-up lied and said we put crap in the tub. Mold got wiped once and ignored. Dishwasher stayed broken. Oven half-worked. And right before we left the roof started leaking. Do not move to this place. Rude office people. Once you’re here renting then they harass you to buy and give you six weeks to buy or move out. Lot rent can be as high as $944. Two summers in a row only mowed twice. All trees need trimming. Cluttered with cats, duck and geese. People don’t keep their places nice. Look under Yes Communities at how many class action suits they have. People suing this company for all kinds of stuff.
I absolutely love this community and the people in it is wonderful blessing!
Trying to get money back for sewage from street to trailer. They don’t return calls and don’t like to fix problems. They’re never in the office, even if they post it.
