Emailed them like they said, no response. Believe the reviews (especially bad ones) pier has been broken for 2 years with no change in sight. Roads have holes and they dont fix em. Put a work order in and it never gets fixed or done. Never anyone in office (if on the rare occasions you get someone they are zero help) for those who look at the trailers (rent or buy) check under the trailer, press the walls, check out the floors (soft soft spots) look for water leakage under trailer, under sinks and around toilets. Save yourself the headache. Dont move here. I sent an email to them (one they gave) not surprised they never responded like they said they would. The roads are going to crap (do a work order about holes and they dont do anything) the office staff is non existing. The 650 ft pier has been broken for almost 2 years and they are not fixing it (dont let em lie) the playground is a joke. It is not maintained, ants everywhere, hard benches under the play "ship" they put, one of the basketball goals is missing its back. They go up ... read more
Believe the reviews everyone is leaving. I even emailed them at an email they gave me, surprised (not surprised) no response back. The pier has been broken for almost 2 yrs. There is no office staff. If you manage to get someone, they are no help. Can make an work order and they never get to it. The playground isnt maintained (ants, benches under the actual play area, doesnt stay clean or mowed) the basketball court is missing its back. The roads are going to crap. Please spare yourself the headache. Dont move here. There is never anyone in the office. The roads are in need of repairs. The pier (main selling point) is never gonna be repaired, it has been like this for years. They dont care if they inconvenience the tenants. This is NOT a place tp rent or buy
