The place is run down and poorly managed. The lot fees have almost doubled in 3 years, and they said this wouldn't happen. The fees include a pier that was damaged, and they do not plan to fix it has been 2 years, and the water is so foul it makes your entire house smell it has to be toxic you absolutely cannot drink it or cook with it. The septic system backs up and runs out of a manway cover near the edge of the main road closest to the seawall.
