Please spare yourself the headache. Dont move here. There is never anyone in the office. The roads are in need of repairs. The pier (main selling point) is never gonna be repaired, it has been like this for years. They dont care if they inconvenience the tenants. This is NOT a place tp rent or buy

A very quiet, trailer community by the bay.
Do not live here you'll regret it they will increase your rent multiple times a year.. wanna fine you for not pressure washing or mowing yard bc they want it to look nice.. but wont fix the outside of the trailers or porches that look runned down. If you move out bc you can no longer afford it they will hit you with 6000 in damages charge!!! they go in your house every months to take pictures but never mention the supposed damages to you
