A very quiet, trailer community by the bay.
Do not live here you'll regret it they will increase your rent multiple times a year.. wanna fine you for not pressure washing or mowing yard bc they want it to look nice.. but wont fix the outside of the trailers or porches that look runned down. If you move out bc you can no longer afford it they will hit you with 6000 in damages charge!!! they go in your house every months to take pictures but never mention the supposed damages to you

This place actually sucks we lived there for almost a year and they didn’t take care of us we had a very bad mold issue they didn’t take care the lady “Amy” was so rude she kicked us out for a light bill and also because she was mad at us about emailing corporate about the mold issue the roaches were terrible and we can’t our house spotless and clean they will not work with you what so ever we lived in the mood for a year and still trying to recover from it I hope this place finds new and better people to work for them I wou... read more
