Wow!! Best spot on Daytona Beach. Beautiful pool area, TONS of amenities, and a great place to relax. Only con is that room conditions are a bit of a crapshoot as units are owned by individuals.
Be careful with this place. I called to see if they had availability and was told they have a great room for us with an ocean view and two beds and full kitchen. Exactly what we were looking for. We got a room that smelled like pee and had gross stains on the couch. See video. Was given another room on a lower floor. Seemed cleaner then noticed the mold and toilet that wasn't even connected to the floor. See video. We were promised an early check in. That didn't happen. We stay here at the Wyndham Ocean Walk 2 -3 times a year and always enjoy our time there. Right on the beach, easy access, wake up to the sunrise daily, and you can walk to main street 3the pier. During the summer the city has live bands at the band shell with fireworks after the show. Highly recommend a visit to Daytona Beach. Check the city website for what may be happening before you book your trip, plan around special events for motorcycles, Jeeps, trucks, and sporting events.
The rooms are very nice. My only complaint is the thin walls. We could hear conversations of other visitors in their rooms. Otherwise, wonderful.
