Oceanview is patient and thorough. They are always available and answer phone calls/ emails promptly and efficiently to answer any and all questions- even after closing. Jennifer in particular has gone above and beyond in helping first time home buyers in this stressful process. Thank you all. Would 100% recommend.
These guys handled my closing for a refinance. I would never recommend them again. Since it was a refinance, it should've been easy - however these people actually never did what they say they would do. They called me on the phone regarding closing. I asked for the documents upfront so I can review it and have an idea of the overall docs PRIOR so we can shorten the face-to-face in regards to COVID. Never got that email.
