Если у вас крепкие нервы, добро пожаловать в Ocean view! Три месяца 24/7 в квартире был невыносимый шум. Звонили в администрацию, вызывали полицию - бесполезно. Штрафы за использование лифта, когда грузовой не работает! Мебель вынесете не по графику- штраф, царапина на двери СНАРУЖИ - штраф! Администрация работает только для себя, а не для жильцов. Booked through Booking.com and it has been a horrible experience. I paid the manager Maria cash to avoid the 5% credit card fee and was told she would send my receipt via email and I'm still waiting. How am I supposed to get my $150 deposit refund. The toilet and shower were backed up. Contacted manager and was told the plumber was off duty but would be sent the next morning and that didn't happen. I’m the owner of three units here, and I can honestly say this is the only place where I’ve experienced such terrible management. The office staff is completely unprofessional. They don’t follow the rules, they constantly make up nonsense just to push their responsibilities onto the residents — but when it comes to handing out fines, they’re quick and efficient. The attitude here is unacceptable. Truly disappointing experience.

the office fines for things that the building should do, but in fact it only fines + takes payment from the owners, while doing nothing, and at the same time has a beastly attitude, the entire management thinks that they are king and god, and that's the minimum, there are still a lot of things for which they should be fired, each and every one
