Absolutely disgusted with the staff and how they treated the bride and groom on the most important, memorable and expensive day of their life! From constantly switching coordinators, losing the bride and grooms rings in the middle of their ceremony, being absent for much of the day and no where to be found, under cooking the food, forgetting about a paid-for champagne toast, not placing QR codes on tables for picture uploads, messing up and misplacing the desserts, forgetting to inform guests about their messaging system for... read more
