We truly enjoyed our stay in unit 130, park place, cedar key, Florida. We’ve been going to cedar key for about 25 years and always stay at park place. This unit has been completely renovated and is absolutely beautiful! Everything you can possibly need is there. The only thing we would have added are lamps in the sitting area making reading in the evening possible. The screen to our sliding doors was off the track but we checked out before the office opened. Disappointed in the whole experience. No contact from anyone during our stay. Trouble getting into the condo , and trouble locking the condo. It was only after numerous interventions from the ‘caretaker’ of the building that all this was resolved. Daytona Beach is not really a holiday location, more like a retirement village. Nowhere to go in the evening, unless you were driving! The diner, Daytona, closing at 2pm is not what you would expect from a holiday vacation. We loved our stay at Park Place in Cedar Key Florida. Room 130. This was our first time staying on the first floor. We were very happy with the room. New owners are very nice and the price for the night was very good for being in Cedar Key. 130 had a full kitchen, bathroom with a really nice shower and a king size bed and huge tv. Everything you could want is there. OH AND the food in Cedar Key is awesome. We ate at Cedar Key Pizza this time. They did not disappoint..
I can’t fully express how incredible my stay was. I never had a view like this in my life staying in Florida. And to biggest thing for me was Saturday night I forgot my Lobby key in the room after returning from the race. I was in a bit of a panic. I called the number on booking app not thinking that someone would answer at 1 am but Julyia answered and was able to get me a key within in seconds. If I come back to Florida this is the only place I will stay without a doubt.
Place was amazing. Great views. Very clean. Host was super responsive! Would absolutely come back & stay with host!
