Since February 18, 2024 we have been pleading with landlord to get a qualified plumber to repair the kitchen drain which stops up within 30 seconds of running the water and will only drain after a few hours. Absentee Canadian landlord has not addressed problem after repeated requests by email, text, registered letter and phone. Post Update: clog in drain was rectified on April 1, 2024.
