Wonderful product. We are on our second cover. Our first one would have lasted longer but hurricane Milton got to it.
BEWARE!!! If you have any issue at all, there is no warrantee and no returns because they WILL NOT reply to any type of communication.
Ordered two boat seats advertised as "All Stainless hardware". I found that ALL of the staples in the vinyl are plain Steel (rusted immediately). Hinge point is also Plain Steel (also rusted immediately) One was damaged in shipping due to poor packing. Emailed , no response Called, voicemail full PayPal, note to seller (response "we have a 30 day no questions asked policy) I asked how they wanted return done , no response. Decent product but the t-top extender sags pretty good. Spent over a week calling and emailing just for them to say I ordered the correct one but had it twisted. I responded that I couldn't see how it was twisted and would like a call from someone to discuss how it was twisted, never received a call back. The customer service rep that answered my call said she would find out and never called me back. I've purchased 3 products from Oceansouth and they are all decent but miss the mark by just a bit. Zero customer service. Wrong item sent. Called and emailed MULTIPLE times multiple days and zero response. Highly recommend to stay away...
