Absolutely terrible neighborhood. If you look up worst HOAs beachside, we’re the winners! They tow cars constantly for bs reasons. We’ve had five cars towed each costa 350$. They don’t give out parking passes and never respond back to ANY questions. You need to reserve the tennis courts to use them, even though we pay for them, the pool has a key you need to use to get in and out which hardly works correctly. Worst place to live beachside and I’ve been here about seven years now
Got my car towed (even with having a parking pass). This is the 5th car we’ve had towed IN FRONT OF OUR HOUSE. The towing company claims it’s because of new parking passes but the HOA hasn’t answered any calls or emails from us to receive new ones. And this means prior to my car being towed, ex; Not telling us codes to courts, construction blocking driveways, and not giving us gate remotes etc. (just had enough after this).
