My sister took her dog here because she was worried about her not eating. They told her it’s normal. She lost a lot of weight and they told her it was fine. 2 weeks later they are putting their dog down because of a horrible blood clot. I wish I could give 0 stars. Horrible neglect. A family dog could have been given more of a chance if they didn’t take my sister’s money and shrug it off. Maybe take a better look next time.

We had such a great experience bringing our French bulldog in for his first wellness visit! The entire staff was so caring, patient, and respectful. Our pup is pretty shy when it comes time for vet appointments, but they made him feel comfortable right away and handled him so gently. People were very nice, accommodating, very thorough in their examinations of our pets. Helpful in explaining the diagnosis and treatment. When medication was required actually told us were we could go if we wanted to pay a cheaper price for the medication. Found it was actually better to buy from them as other options required a greater time commitment, unless you were going that way already.
My cat vas very ill and everyone from the front desk, to the nurse Kayla, to Dr. John Doherty were just as wonderful as they could be. I felt I was offered just the right amount of services to be able to feel we all did what we could for little Selkie, my cat. They are definitely my new cat carers for my other cat Phoebe and Selkie’s palliative care. A big thank you for the sweet warm confort.
