Awful company. They start things and don’t finish them their staff turns over every season and often mid season so no one ever knows what they’re doing. The office is non-responsive and if they do call back they are nasty. It appears they seem they are the only game in town. They definitely are not. Look elsewhere for pool service.
They were supposed to get my pool going in May and hook up my pool heater like they do every year never had a problem with Oceanside Pools until this year They opened my pool it was green in color. Never cleared it and never hooked up my pool heater and never came back Don’t know what’s going on with the company but it’s definitely not the same. They stink Philip Visali
