The service used to be very good, but over the years they've gotten much less responsive., to the point that we're looking for a new company. Very sad, but whoever is running this isn't paying attention like they used to.
Awful company. They start things and don’t finish them their staff turns over every season and often mid season so no one ever knows what they’re doing. The office is non-responsive and if they do call back they are nasty. It appears they seem they are the only game in town. They definitely are not. Look elsewhere for pool service.
