The level of customer service is as high as it can be. I’ve had to leave Costco, Safeway, StupidStore, London Drugs, Co-Op because they treat you like cattle. Just a number. Not here! It’s a small pharmacy and friendly, informative and the pharmacist is knowledgeable and super friendly!
I used to use a National large pharmacy at the other end of Beacon.They never had my prescription ready and had to return thrice over several days, what a breath of fresh air at Oceanside,! They call me when my prescription is ready and Khalid explains everything to me. I feel I am now a lifelong client. Thank you so much.
