I would like to call out my outstanding experience with Dr. Ovy's practice so far. His staff is friendly, and professional. Hours are highly convenient and they are very flexible to accommodate to your schedule. I've always been seen on time, with no unnecessary waits. Looking forward to completing my treatment and won't hesitate to come back in the future :)
We couldn’t be happier with our daughter’s orthodontist. From day one, they made us feel completely safe and comfortable, always taking the time to explain everything clearly. What we appreciate most is their honesty—you truly feel they have your child’s best interest at heart, not just recommending treatments for the sake of it. It’s such a relief to be in such trustworthy hands. Highly recommend!
I usually don’t leave reviews even if I don’t really care for a place. The staff here was very disrespectful, cold, and unprofessional. I will not be going back and I’m surprised a place like this could stay open for long in regards to how they treat their clients. Unfortunately I was not the only one that day waiting who felt the same. Do not recommend.
I rarely leave reviews, but this experience needs to be shared. I am a Hispanic male who came in ready to pay out of pocket for services, and I was treated in a way that felt discriminatory and deeply disrespectful. The staff was dismissive from the start. One of the employees (a blonde woman) was openly laughing at my teeth, which was humiliating. 100% recommend for ortho work! Loved my experience at Oceanside Orthodontist! Dr. Ovy is fantastic, personable, knowledgeable, and delivers truly phenomenal results. The entire team, Heather, Cassie, and Boulay, are just as amazing. They make you feel genuinely welcomed from the moment you walk in.
