I am a senior and, unfortunately, I fell on my face and bent my glasses very badly. I went into Oceanside today, having never been there before, and I was met by two friendly people. I explained what had happened and that I had not bought my glasses from them, but I wondered whether they could possibly fix them. They are now fixed and look perfect. Very professional
It was really nice and fun and exciting. I haven't been or had an eye exam in 50 years. I was surprised to find out my eyes weren't as bad as I thought.
First visit after moving to the Oceanside area. Staff is professional, efficient and kind. Looking forward to a future long relationship.
UPDATE: Back for another exam, and new glasses - What a great experience again! From the easy appointment booking, through to my exam & followup, every person involved was fantastic! These folks operate their business like a well oiled machine, and I truly felt like each of them wanted me to leave there understanding my eye health. Best eye exam I have ever experienced! Easy 5 stars!
