Had a nice stay here. No real complaints other than the building and rooms are pretty old. Everything is in good condition but the age is apparent. Right on the beach and great views from most of the rooms

YIKES. Rented an oceanside suite. There were bugs, a bad smell, a fridge that does not stay closed... There are a ton of drug addicts that are always in the parking lot. We needed new towels, we were told wash them ourselves. I have been to this hotel MANY times and loved it but my oh my has it gone down hill . Also.. no hot tubs.. it's filled in with rocks.

We rented a unit through Airbnb and while our host was fantastic, his crew had not informed him properly of issues within the unit that are separate from the hotel itself which is what my review is based on. The lobby is clearly the only thing that has been updated and is maintained. First impressions and all, I suppose? The hallways and elevator (only one worked) reek of marijuana. The only saving grace to this place is its oceanfront and our bed was super comfy. The hot tub was out of commission, see photo, not even a barrier around it, and we werent informed it was closed in our booking. Reminds me of something a 20 year-old would get, cheap motel, but good location. No noticeable upgrades,but appears like a new "lobby". Only one elevator working. The place looks like it belongs in a zombie movie, 15 years after they appear. The parking is not well lighted. None of the exterior doors lock ever. These are all privately owned. The bathrooms in the lobby were not cleaned while we were there and they were disgusting. The inside is nice enough. Each room is different as they have different owners. Beach access is great. The pool is ok. The hot tub no longer works. If you want services and a really nice place to stay this is not it. But it is a good and accessible place to ... read more
