I have a love one at Oceanside health and rehab. Everytime i call there, they never answer the phone. I would not recommend anyone to take their love one there.

First, let me start by saying I'm an agency worker. When I first walked in, 10 minutes early, nobody knew what was going on. I had to walk all around this place to find someone who knew anything about the schedule and where I would be placed. When I finally found the floor that I was going to be working on, nobody gave me a report. They told me just to pick a couple of rooms and figure it out. Very unprofessional and very disorganized. Trina has been absolutely amazing. Professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. You can tell this isn't her first rodeo.

Owners don't care about employees or residents. Quality of care is poor. Short staff. Overworked and unappreciated. Break all labor laws. I feel sorry for the residents and loyal workers. TV,SF,AG,IB,RS,EJ,NW.

My friend has just recently moved into this facility because she required long term care. First of all I agree with all of the negative reviews. This place was horrible in appearance. It appeared that you were walking into a dungeon. The patient care was very very poor. My friend layed in this facility vomiting continously daily. I spoke with the nurse in regards to sending my friend to the hospital. The nurse told me that they don't want her to do that. The nurses were giving her antiemetics.
