Update: For what it is worth, I called and left another voicemail for scheduling. This is my 3rd voicemail in a month to that extension along with an email and I still have not gotten a call back. I feel like I have been very patient in waiting for a call back. If your number came up as spam I would assume your office would have left a voicemail. I have not gotten a voicemail. I was hoping to become a new patient at Oceanside but I can’t seem to get anyone to call me back. I have left 2 voicemail and sent an email and no one has reached back out. I can’t help but notice every time I call, I get a voicemail. I think it is important for doctor’s offices especially to pick up the phone. Maybe I should take this as a sign. I called and requested an appointment and was able to get in right away. When I went for my appointment the staff was really sweet and funny, great personalities. When Dr. Mace and I met for the first time it was clear that he has experience is many different fields. The appointment lasted for 45 minutes....I have never had that much attention for an appointment. He listened. He cares. I'm excited to be his patient!

Jason needs to work on his people skills and his failure of sassiness-diva vibe. He’s very rude, and dismissive, do not match the vibe of the rest of the team.

Jesse and his staff are some of the best in the medical field that I’ve ever had the privilege of meeting. Jesse is very caring and compassionate about his patients. He spends quality time listening to his patients and comes up with a workable plan for your health concerns. I give him 10 ⭐️!
