I've been there 4 times and EVERY time, the hair stylist was checking me out, the owner came by and decided to tack on an extra $30-$40 because of some "special procedure" that I was told nothing about. They took 3 1/2 hours trying to dye my daughter's hair and STILL couldn't get it right, so they charged me $150 and gave me a $25 CERTIFICATE for "Next time". No thanks, there won;t be any next time.
