Excellent first time at this location. Great customer service from the receptionist she was very helpful in making the visit fluid. I met a new therapist named Johanna she was very kind and funny and knowledgeable in what I needed. Very excited to meet her again

Rude office staff force you to comply with invasive, atypical check-in procedure, and you have to go through their office for a range of healthcare or they won't treat individual issues, in an obvious shady attempt to maximize profit. Between the weird procedures and incompetent counselor (Frank) I bailed after just two appointments, then the weird manager called me trying to gaslight me that their procedures are common when I know from experience it is not.
