Do not hire this guy under ANY circumstances. He is a scam artist and will steal your money. He has no workforce of his own and subs al work. Then he doesn't pay his subcontractors or vendors. You will be end up having mechanic liens placed on your property. Going through it right now after dealing with him.His name is **** **********. Do not hire any company this guy is associated with.
Oceanside Exteriors did a major facelift of our house including roof replacement, vinyl siding replacement, and replacement of worn wood facia boards with Azek. From start to finish, they were professional and responsive. They gave us a realistic timeline as to when the work would start and kept to it. The house looks incredible and we know the work was top notch.
I would very much like to say this business did a wonderful job but the reality is they never sent an estimate, or even notified me they weren't interested. A company representative did come out and measured the garage and we discussed what my husband and I wanted done. I called back a week later and was told "That' was Matt and I'll tell him you called" or words to that effect. That was two weeks ago and still no estimate, written or verbal.
