Jonah and Elliott teamed created Oceanside Construction & Design as a new home renovation and custom build company unlike any other in the low country. With over 20 years of combined experience in remodeling and home building, we wanted to create a new and different kind of company that focuses on the customer experience from concept to build. We make ourselves personally available to all of our clients and have a hyper-focus on details and quality within each custom build or renovation.

We were incredibly impressed with the quality of the work, their professionalism, and the prompt responses to any and all questions we may have had along the way. We will definitely be using them again for future projects!
We honestly cannot say enough good things about Elliott. He took our 1940's house down to the studs and built it back up into our dream home. I believe he said there were two interior studs that didn’t move. From the sub floor to the roof deck, I can’t think of anything we didn’t touch and we wouldn’t have done it with anyone else. Jonah is very quick to respond by phone or email, and also gets the work scheduled quickly. The communication was my main thing (because many contractors here don't communicate well), and they were really on top of things - let me know what was happening with permits and inspections, etc. Just very professionally run! I had them doing insulation and drywall in a utility building (she shed type thing) and they were done very quickly and looks great.
I highly recommend Oceanside Construction & Design. They recently completed construction on my new detached garage. I met Jonah when looking for someone to remodel the interior of the home. He did an amazing job with both projects. When going through a stressful event such as a remodel or construction, it's so helpful to have a contractor who takes and returns your calls.
