Oceanside unit 27 - Great Location and very comfortable and cozy for any season!! The new luxury plank flooring was installed in the fall of 2024. The beach and boardwalk are only steps away from the building. Everything is within walking distance. There is one parking spot per unit under the building. The unit boasts a full update-to-date kitchen (stove with oven, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator) making this unit a very economical vacation spot with the ability to cook your own meals. Great location
I stayed in (I think) Unit 8 in July of 2022. It was me, my 16 year old daughter, and her friend. It was fine for the 3 of us. I think I paid $1300 for the week. This place was probably built in the 60s or 70s, so can it use some updating? Yes, but I personally didn't have any isles with my apartment like some of these other reviews. The ONLY issue I found was on the entertainment stand in the living room where books and games were kept was very dusty. I wiped it down. Great location, close to beach and boardwalk. There is a Waterpark across the street and it is fun to watch all the activity. Each unit has a parking spot which is a big plus. Little pool and jacuzzi on the side of the building, for after the beach. Each unit is individually owned, so the decor is different in every unit.
