I have been a regular client of Oceanside chiropractic for 3 years. I maintain my appointments on 4/6 weekly visits, even when I’m not sore, I find this is what keeps me pain free. Any niggles in my body I tell JL. He has helped me with not only back tension and pain, but also a foot injury suggesting stretches to help recovery.
