Of the leadership programs I have attended, the Oceanside Chamber of Commerce's Leadership Academy is the only that offers insights from experienced leaders from different industries and situations; from non-profits, for-profits, government, to military perspectives. Almost all the sessions were held at the presenter's place of business. The workshop leaders were available during their sessions for questions and the participants have. This program is recommended for leaders-to-be, new, and experienced leaders too.
I fortunate to be a part of the first cohort of the Oceanside Leadership Academy, hosted by the Oceanside Chamber of Commerce. This was an incredible experience to learn about leadership in various industries around Oceanside, to hear from inspirational leaders in the community, and to network with other like-minded professionals.
I enjoy Woking with the Chamber and appreciate all they do for our community.
The Oceanside Leadership Academy was a great experience! It gave me the opportunity to learn more about different industries in Oceanside and varying leadership styles. I highly recommend it for anyone wanting to learn more about Oceanside and grow in their leadership skills.
The Oceanside Chamber of Commerce has created an awesome program called the Oceanside Leadership Academy and I am a first cohort graduate.
