Went there for a simple brake booster replacement and they said it’ll be done in a couple hours….4 hrs later I called because it was closing and they said I’ll have to pick it up tomorrow. I told them I needed my car back today, (long story short) I got there they said it was just finished, took off just to find out my engine light was still on, he said it’s just the bulb I would have to take it out….. popped the hood and the parts weren’t even connected accordingly, they were hanging Wtf!
I went to this place because of their good reviews but I must write this to WARN others. This place OVERCHARGES you. Brought my Toyota RAV4 2013 asking for fluid flush (transmission fluid and brake fluid) and a brake inspection and tire rotation. My invoice came out to be $800. They charged $165 for brake inspection. I have no words. Tire rotation was $41. I am paying $200 for service that could have been free at other places. Great service on my 1st visit for ABS light on my old car. I definitely will return next time I have a car challenge!
I will never set foot in this shop! I had 4 tires replaced as soon as I left the shop I had one tire pop, I called the owner to let him know and he text me back stating he was eating at a local bar and grill and he would get back to me. He never called me back. I waited for 4 hours to get my vehicle towed. The next day I went over to the shop and talked to one of his employee's they did pick up my tire and replace it and found out the rim was damage due to the blow out.
