We’ve lived in our home for 3 years and I have yet to see all the repairs completed from my year checklist. We now have what appears to be mold growing from the vent in the bathroom, and Oceanside was made aware of this issue at the start. No initiative on their end to fix it or determine what the problem is, and no follow-up unless it’s me initiating the email. It’s impossible to get anyone on the phone to discuss this. HORRIBLE place to work. Not professional at all. Broken labor laws on the daily. Never paid on time. Shady owner.
We loved our Oceanside home in Chesapeake! Bill Terry is a stand up guy. He built a great home and made all warranty repairs in a timely manner, holding subcontractors to task and doing the right thing. Thanks Bill, Brittany and Joe!
