If I could give - or 0 stars I would. Kim (property manager) is a nightmare to deal with and is not a rational person. When requesting to book via airbnb we noticed there is a max occupancy for the property of 6. I messaged her via airbnb explaining we have 7 people total. 4 adults and 3 children. (ages 5 , 2 and 1) The booking request was approved and confirmed by Kim. Rented last second 2 days before the 4th of July and the front desk last noticed an issue without stirring our anxiety and fixed it before mentioning there was even a problem, she upgraded us to a suite! As a poor couple who dates 1 time in 5 years because of no one watching our child, this ment the world to me! All things work out here, I'll be coming back for a third time as soon as possible!
