This shop scheduled my diagnostic exam for a time convenient to me, and then were able to keep the vehicle overnight and complete the work by mid-afternoon next day (a Saturday!). They gave my husband a quick-fix estimate, and a full-repair estimate. We chose a full repair to save ourselves the money and hassle in the future.
