it's the nicest ,cleanest, friendliest place you could ever stay at the shore. it's quiet in the later evenings and very romanticly lite outside at night. everyone enjoys the pool,shuffle board,corn toss and weber grills in the daytime. there we have made some lifetime friends and hope to see them very soon. thanks the CLOWNS
The week of July 4th is our family vacation and we wouldn't dream of being anyplace other than 1501 Ocean Side. As a matter of fact, we live in Maryland but travel to the Jersey shore.The units are a bit small but the family atmosphere and location makes it the best deal around. Many of the same families come year after year so it's more like a reunion and the owners make up grades every time we come.
