Sat. August 7, 2021 was our first night in unit 201. It had rained a good bit during the night. The next morning the carpet below the window in the middle room was soaking wet. The one half of the closet folding door is broken. There also was Black MOLD around the supply diffuser on the ceiling in the shared bathroom, and the kitchen floor was filthy. We 4 people stayed 2 night at 3 bed room this winter February 2020. Very clean and modern facility. Down side is broken microwave display screen and small room light bulb and TV not working. Even no TV remote control.Broken Wall Clock at living room also.Missing few window curtain blades. But I would recommend this condo for large group.
