This building is in far better shape than others in the area even though they're newer! All renovations and inspections have been completed to comply with the new legislation. It was expensive for those of us who own, but that doesn't affect renters or future owners. Also, based on some old reviews, there weren't many fans of Morbitzer Mgmt. For what it's worth, they have been replaced with a very good management co.
Renting here it's very nice but the pool being changed, no longer a 8 ft pool,
