If I could give them a negative star I would. When we stayed at one of their Charleston, SC locations 12/21/18 - 12/25/18 and paid $1782 and spent our Christmas there, we experienced a rat bit on my future son-in-law which drew blood on his toe, the rats ate a piece off my youngest son's wireless earbuds, 2 of the children were up most of the night in fear of being bit again. Substandard merchandise. My daughter bought a ring there and it broke within a day and a half for no apparent reason. When she took it back to exchange it, she was told that they would only offer her a nrw ring at 20 percent off. Customer service there is a joke, and they do not stand behind the products they sell. They inly want your money and care less about your happiness. Avoid this place!
We have used this company several times to rent homes in Bodega Bay. They have always been wonderful. They even mailed back an expensive knife we left behind.
K&K manager Lisa Mount is a very unpleasant person to deal with,no professionalism what soever makes false statements & charges on final rental report to take deposits make sure you take all agreements & documents for legal advise before renting from her.
Before renting make sure you check references with former tenants. Caution.

this is where the locals go to get away from it clean beach with great parking and access and the water was fairly warm even in April!
Everything was great!! Close to the beach. Lots of space and tastefully decorated
This house is everything they say it is. We had a wonderful week with plenty of room for all the kitchen was fantastic, full loaded with the necessaties and then some. Everyone was super comfy in their bedroos and the kids love hanging out downstairs away from the adults! We loved that too! and of course, the sunsets!. Wish i was there right now!
