I contacted this company via the website to ask about getting some orthodontic work. I heard nothing for weeks, then got an e-mail saying that, for some reason that was unclear to me, they will not treat adults (with very few exceptions) - they only treat children. That is discriminatory (ageism). I will pay someone else to treat me instead. Their loss.
Had a consult for my 12-year-old daughter. They digitally scanned her teeth and within minutes the doctor was able to show us a virtual treatment plan. The doctor confidently recommended Invisalign and all of the benefits the product paired with his expertise will provide for the orthodontic experience. Before the consult, my daughter was apprehensive about braces, however, after the consult she is now enthusiastic and looking forward to the experience!
