Raymar cleaners is awesome. I needed my mother of the groom dress steamed ASAP as I was leaving the next morning and they came through took my dress and steamed it for me and had it back to me in four hours. Amazing customer service as I tried two other dry cleaners very close by who refused to help me in such short notice, and Raymar cleaners came to the rescue. I brought my wedding dress to Raymar Cleaners 2 after it had been through a lot — the satin bottom was extremely dirty from outdoor photos, and there were noticeable spray tan marks on the top. I wasn’t sure if it could be saved..not only did they do an amazing job, they made the dress look brand new and it’s been almost six months since my wedding! I drive past two other dry cleaners in order to bring my family's clothes to Raymar Cleaners 2. The family that owns and operates the business is professional and friendly. And most importantly: they know how to clean and to get the job done in a timely manner. I brought two dresses in for alterations (including a bridesmaid’s dress) and could not be more pleased. The service was friendly and efficient and the dresses look great.
Excellent customer service. It’s hard to find good customer service these days, but Raymar’s cleaners does it right. :)
