IF I COULD ABSOLUTELY GIVE NO STARS I WOULD! I MYSELF WAS ABUSED & MISHANDLED THERE AFTER BEING FOUND COMING OUT OF A POST SEIZURE STATE THAT ONLY TAKES 2-3 DAYS TO BOUNCE BACK FROM & WITH MY OWN TWO GOD GIVEN EYES WITNESSED THE ABUSE BY WORKERS THERE TO BOTH DEFENSELESS ELDERLY PATIENTS & OTHERS !! The people who end up here are generally from East Jeff or West Jeff Hospital, from what I noticed during my stay. This hospital is absolutely atrocious. The staff is incredibly unprofessional, openly discussing other patients, their reasons for admission, and even their medication treatments. I even saw staff members get into yelling matches with patients. Getting anything from the staff was a chore. A one star is giving this hospital to much credit. I have been a patient at other facilities and know the difference. This shouldn't even be called a hospital the staff is so unprofessional and can care less about helping people. The social worker Mariah when you try to ask to talk just laughs and walks away. If you are looking for an in-patiemt facility, please DO NOT choose this one. During my daughter's in-patient stay in 2025 they did not give her vital medication she needed due to the complex nature of her chronic health conditions. They did not answer the phone and refused to listen about her medical needs. I showed up in person and brought all of her medicine and lists of when she needed it. They never gave it to her.
