They took my dads phone even though he didn’t do anything
My daughter was going to this place for three months, and they only provided group therapy—which didn't work, as she needed individual therapy—so there was no improvement at all.
They really do care and they will help
As a client receiving both in patient and out patient care, I am so thankful for Oceans and its entire staff . They are a group of amazing people that have shown me Grace ,kindness. Understanding and support along every step of my journey. When I arrived at Oceans my world was dark and painful, after receiving the care I have received my world is brighter and I have once again found peace, and happiness in my life and my surroundings , I now look forward to a positive future . No sense of urgency or care during a mental health crisis. Does not uphold their supposed company values. Pathetic patient follow up treatment after discharge. When they dropped the ball on getting a prescription filled for a patient over 24 hours after their discharge, apparently it got handled within the last 53 minutes before the pharmacy closed for the day, 28 hours after discharge.
