Don’t rent at all, especially for Burning Man! If I could give no stars I would. First google review I have ever written because I felt so compelled to help save others the headache. Our friends rented a second RV and also got ripped off. - Still owe us over $2,000 for repairs and deposit. Horrible company, they only do payments through Zelle which was already a red flag, they offered alcoholic shots to the driver when he was about to leave, they didn’t register the rv and we didn’t find out till we got pulled over in Nevada and the cops told us the tags were fake, they charged an extra 700 dollars in random fees when we first picked up the rv when the fees were never mentioned before, and they still have not given us our $1000 deposit back and will not pick up any of our calls and messages. Please avoid this place . Rented an rv picked it up was dirty and broken . Awning was broken table was broken, brakes lights didn’t work . They lie about the miles and hours on the generator that you out Aswell . They tried giving me back 600$ out of my 1000 deposit that I left . They don’t answer any calls you have to be on them .
